How Long Will It Take For My LitPact To Be Shipped?
All Orders typically ship out within 0-4 business days from order time. Once the package has been picked up, it takes 1-3 business days for USPS to deliver within the USA, worldwide packages may take up to a few weeks depending on exact location. All Orders are provided a tracking number upon preparing them, which will be emailed to you. Please contact us with any questions; litpact@gmail.com
Do You Ship WorldWide?
We ship to all 50 states in the USA, as well as most other countries. (Including: Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, etc). If it's not working, please contact us via email: litpact@gmail.com as we also accept PayPal and other payment options. We ship from Las Vegas, NV, USA.
Can I Request Special Items For My LitPact?
We will soon allow custom packages, though currently do not. But if it is a minor alteration/addition, you may leave a note during checkout, or email us immediately upon ordering and we will do our best to make it happen.
I Received A Broken Item In My LitPact?
We will replace any glass broken during shipment. Proof must be provided immediately after receiving.
Can I Get A Refund?
We have a No Refund policy. We will replace/exchange any damaged or missing items. If there is a error on our part, we may provide you a partial or full refund for the inconvenience.
Will My Order Arrive In A Discreet Package?
All of our packages are 100% discreet. Neatly packed in their dedicated box, then placed in a plain brown unbranded box. LitPact is not displayed anywhere, as well we ship from our parent company CarePackages LLC.
I Seen An Item I Liked In A LitPact, Can I Purchase Just That Item Only?
Yes! We have just about every item in our LitPacts available individually here at LIT LOT.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an E-mail with your tracking number to track your package.
WHAT COMES IN MY LITPACT?
Every LitPact care package comes with different handy items that are needed by your common stoner. LitPact are available at different levels: Mini, Lite, OG, Premium XL and Owners Special.
IS THIS ONE OF THOSE MONTHLY THINGS?
No, we offer our signature one-time Care Packages.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS MISSING FROM MY LITPACT?
We allow ourselves a 5% alteration rate. Meaning if less than 5% (value wise) is missing, we will not replace it. If any large items, or more than 5% is missing; please email or message us and we will send it out to you.
I HAVE MOVED, CAN I UPDATE MY CURRENT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes, simply login to your account and update your billing/shipping address.
CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE LITPACT STONER CARE PACKAGE?
Yes you can. Visit shop here at LIT LOT and select your desired quantity when adding to your cart.
HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

CAN I SEND A LITPACT AS A GIFT?
No, you may purchase any level of our LitPacts One-Time for yourself or as a gift. (Probably the best gift ever, 100% satisfaction guaranteed.)
